Angel Food Chocolate Cake

A quick and easy decadent cake with smooth chocolatey creaminess and toffee crunch. But plan ahead, it takes a day before it's ready to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared angel food cake
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Hershey's syrup
  • 6 large Heath Bars, chopped finely

Instructions

Step 1:  Slice angle cake in half, horizontally to create two layers.

Step 2:  Whip cream until peaks form, and beat in sugar and chocolate syrup.

Step 3:  Frost both layers of angel cake with cream and top with crush heath candies.

Step 4:  Place one layer on other and regrigerate 12 hours.

Notes

Also enjoy topped with toasted coconut!
