When you need a chocolate fix in a hurry, this is a great recipe that will melt in your mouth! Add a spoonful of peanut butter for the ultimate in delish! This recipe was provided by Connie.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • a splash of vanilla

Instructions

Step 1:  In a large coffee mug, add dry ingredients and mix will.

Step 2:  Stir in the egg and add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix well. 

Step 3:  Place mug in microwave and cook on high* for 3 minutes.  Cake will rise over top.

Step 4:  Allow to cool a little and enjoy in mug or tip out onto plate.

Step 5:  Remove from pan; cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

* High setting for 1000 watt microwave
