Featured All-Star Recipe
Step 1: Fill a large pan with water, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and bring to boil. Add potatoes and boil until tender when inserting a fork. Remove potatoes and let cool. Slice or cube potatoes and place in a 9x13 baking dish Step 2: Sprinkle potatoes with green onions Step 3: Mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup, sour cream and butter. Pour over potatoes and onions. Step 4: Top with grated cheese. Step 5: Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. When going to Grandma's for just about any holiday, especially Thanksgiving and Easter, this was a dish that got passed around the table only one time.
